Privacy notice

This notice explains how CBC emea Limited ("CBC", "we") handles personal data collected through cbctrainingacademy.com. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

When you apply for a course, register interest or send an enquiry, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address and phone number, and your answers to the form's questions. We don't collect your date of birth, gender, home address or identification documents through this site.

Why we collect it

To assess your application, to contact you about courses you've asked about, and to answer your enquiries. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it.

Our lawful basis

Your consent, which you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent by email to CBC's team through our email service provider. This website does not store your submission.

How long we keep it

If your application is unsuccessful, or you don't join a course, we delete your details within 12 months. If you join a course, we keep your details for as long as we need them to deliver the course and meet our legal obligations.

Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. These cookies are off until you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time.

We also count page visits and measure page speed with Vercel, the service that hosts this site. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you or follow you across other sites.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email info@cbctrainingacademy.comand we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
